Animal meme

Okay, I’m back and I’ll get this meme out of the way before tackling the other one that I’ve been nominated for. This meme is by way of Mikey.

An interesting animal I had

Any number of dogs. Dogs have complex characters.

An interesting animal I ate

Human, back when I was a teen. No, it wasn’t lethal. Just a portion of blood (my own) accidentally mixed into (and deliberately overlooked so as to remain mixed into) some tuna mornay served at an Easter camp amongst fundamentalist Baptists where I was pretending to be Xtian so I could meet girls.

The significance of the consumption of my blood and flesh at Easter were lost on me until after the event. At the time I had long hair and a beard as well :-O

An interesting thing I did with or to an animal

Again Homo sapien (this time female). Details withheld, but I think you can get the gist.

An interesting animal at the museum

Mikey says whale skull, and I’d say whale skull, if not for the humans staring at it. So I say humans; the museum is their habitat. Well, them and the occasional pigeon that defecates on the statues out front.

To be honest, aside from a few stuffed animals at some museums, I’d rather look for animals at a zoo or in the wild.

An interesting animal in its natural habitat

A toss up between a Pseudonaja inframacula that I evaded when I was 2, or the wedgie that hovered over me on top of Mount Bryan the other day. I’ll go with the wedgie ’cause I got a picture a little while afterward (I wish I had my camera ready at the time as it got within 10 meters).

There. I hope you are happy Mikey ;-)
